Affinity Lodge is a specialised alcohol
and drug rehab unit that focuses on the needs
of the individual on their path to recovery. Our
teachings have a spiritual foundation –
all the care you receive will reflect our principles
of caring for the whole person all of the time.
At our alcohol
drug treatment centre we have a unique approach
to healing; during the programme, of drug
and alcohol treatment we will work with you
on the effects of alcohol and drugs on the endocrine
system, and help you to assess your body’s
biofeedback mechanisms.
This will give you the self-awareness and understanding
to support yourself in asking for alcohol
or drug help even after you leave. In fact
part of our
alcohol and drug rehab programme is the option
to continue your weekly talking circles and meditations
free of charge after your personal programme finishes.
Our residential programmes are centred on your individual needs - you choose the timetable of your recovery and which aspects of our teachings and treatments (for example yoga, Reiki and re-birthing ceremonies) you would like to participate in.
We want your stay at our alcohol
drug treatment centre to be as nurturing and
comfortable as possible so we only accept a maximum
