Affinity Lodge is located in leafy Hertfordshire, just
north of London. Peaceful, secluded, yet only a few miles
from the M25, M1 and main line Thameslink station. Very
affordable, exclusive residential, with day programmes
to suit individual needs, we offer a unique opportunity
to learn the truth about addiction and find a way to recovery.
Whilst staying with us you can expect our residential
standards to be as high as those of our teaching. Each
resident has their own room, personal space for contemplation
and beautiful gardens for relaxation. Take a dip in our
pool, gather encouragement from a previous dependant,
imbue your own awakening with insight and inspiration
from others at our free ‘circle nights’. With
a choice of wholesome food and advice from our homeopath
we nourish the person as a whole: mind, body and soul.

Through one-on-one therapy and mentoring you will gain
the required knowledge into the disease addiction creates
and without stress find answers, enabling you to make
the necessary life-changes for recovery. Many find solace
and peace in our ‘letting go’ ceremony, experiencing

become self-aware of recovery and transformation. Self

With on-going help from our highly qualified staff and
our simple self-help cognitive therapy guide we give you
to take home – the ‘Prescription’ –
changes you experience here can become permanent in your
own environment. Having personal understanding and experience
of addiction and recovery our team know it is once you
leave the ‘safety’ of a rehabilitation centre,
that the stresses of life can lead you into old patterns
of thinking. We place enormous emphasis on the education
of life-skills, to give you tools to cope and prevent
relapse in the real world. Hence consistent on going support.

is certainly not as hard as we imagine once we know the
